For all ages and abilities, focusing on body awareness, improvement of posture, correct alignment, strengthening and improving flexibility.
In these classes you will learn how to adapt asanas (postures) to gradually develop strength and stamina, supported by breathe awareness practices (pranayamas).
These practices will help build confidence, physically and mentally.
Eddie is one of the foremost yoga instructors in County Down and his classes at 7.00am on Tuesday and 8.30am Class on Saturday are very popular. Eddie is taking over this class from Orla Grant.

This entirely NEW block of classes is suitable for beginners and more advanced practitioners.
These classes are designed as a sequence of postures and breathing practices that have been adapted from classical yoga and the work of such luminary yoga practitoners as Swami Satyananda, David Roche, Joseph Pilates and Vanda Scaravelli. These classes are particularly suitable for people who want learn to safely stretch and build core strength, using yoga techniques that have been tried and tested for thousands of years.
Each session builds on the previous sessions, so that by the end of the block all participants will have mastered a complete sequnce that can be safely practised at home
A sequnce chart and course notes will be given to participants attending all sessions.
